Supposedly they’re tracking/stalking/following this racing girl in front of some building. The text in the beginning says (literally):

In the video,…
“To the right to the right,…”
“Where where?”
(repeat)
“Over there?”
“Isn’t it Yeh hee? Racing model Yeh hee?”
“Wow, beautiful beautiful….”
“Look at the length of those legs.”
Aaaand,… so on. I have to admit though,… they’re right, she is hot. But I don’t quite believe that she doesn’t know about the camera or whatever.
On a side note, the 2nd part of her isn’t exactly “hee” - but it’s sort of a cross between hoo and ee with an extension on the “e”’s.
