Mao Kobayashi to Marry

Beautiful and sexy Japanese TV announcer/newscaster Mao Kobayashi dropped a bombshell yesterday by admitting her romantic relationship with Japanese kabuki actor Ebizo Ichikawa.  At the end of a press conference for a fashion line yesterday the NTV announcer  suddenly said, “Regarding reports by the media this morning, Ebizo Ichikawa and I are having a serious relationship.  I will provide more information later today.”

Later in the evening the 27 year old Mao Kobayashi (小林麻央) and Ebizo Ichikawa (市川海老蔵), age 31 jointly faxed a letter to the media stating that they have been dating with marriage in mind and will marry in the near future.  The Cent Force (セント・フォース) freelance reporter has also put up similar announcement on her personal blog.

Mao, a Sophia University graduate met the rock star like Ebizo back in January of this year for a special interview she was doing for NTV’s prime time News Zero program.  Ebizo carries a playboy reputation with him, having dated high profile actresses / models such as Ryoko Yonekura, Eriko Sato and Saki Takaoka in the past with not so great endings.  I hope he’ll change his ways and cherish this special girl.

Wakana Sakai to Release Final Photobook

Japanese gravure idol and actress Wakana Sakai (酒井若菜) announced on her blog yesterday that she’ll be coming out with her last photobook on the 11th of next month.  I think the sexy 29 year old wants to go out with a bang since she’ll be approaching the big 3-0 soon.  The lifespan of most Japanese gravure idols end in their mid 20s and it’s almost unheard of that a gravure idol can continue to release photobooks and DVDs once she reaches 30.  Aki Hoshino being one of the very few exceptions, of course.

Wakana Sakai and her yummy F cup tits will appear under the popular Gekkan (月刊) photobook series published by Shinchosha.  In her blog the 1999 NTV Genic (日テレジェニック) gravure idol contest winner wrote, “It’s been a while since I’ve done a photobook.  This is most likely my last one so definitely don’t miss it.”  I look forward to doing a close examination on whether Wakana’s boobs are just as inviting now as they were when she was 19 years old.

NTV Genic 2009 Gravure Idols Release DVD

All 5 members of the 2009 NTV Genic (日テレジェニック) gravure idol team announced the release of their solo gravure DVD last week.  21 year old Maya Koizumi (小泉麻耶), 20 year old Yuko Shimizu (清水ゆう子), 18 year old Yui Koike (小池唯), 16 year old Misaki Yonemura  (米村美咲) and 21 year old Yua Saito (齊藤夢愛) were on hand at Ishimaru Soft in Akihabara to meet reporters.

At the press conference the youngest member U-17 teen Misaki Yonemura commented that the photoshoot on Bali was her first overseas trip so it left a deep impression for her.  But F cup gravure veteran Maya Koizumi got straight to the point by boldly proclaimed that her DVD is the most sensual work to date so her fans wouldn’t be disappointed if they bought it!

Pure looking baby faced Japanese actress / idol Rika Adachi (足立梨花) puts on a show for us in her very first gravure DVD which was released yesterday. For the 5th year in a row, “Princess of Fuji TV” Aya Takashima retains the title as the most popular Japanese female TV announcer!

Japanese music & entertainment ranking / data compiling authority Oricon (オリコン) released the latest finding last week on who commands the most viewership and the 29 year old still came out on top as the most want to be watched newscaster in Japan.  Nicknamed “Ayapan” (アヤパン), many people interviewed replied that they’re impressed with her wide range of specialties, stable reporting skills and quick thinking.

Emerging in second place was NTV’s Yukari Nishio who has been moving up in the top ten rank in the last 2 years.  Japanese viewers love the Chiba Prefecture native’s cheery smile in the morning, on spot comments and knowledge.  Not surprisingly, “Darling of Fuji TV” Minako Nakano who boasts legions of fans rounded out the top 3 spot with her warm smile and charming personality.

Yu Akiyama (秋山優) has been a fashion model and currently attends Japan Women’s University. Yu has been practicing classic ballet since the age of 3 yet proudly sports a F cup chest!

Natsuko (奈津子) just turned 19 last month and is this year’s youngest winner. She’s also an actress and has been dabbling in Japanese showbiz with her twin sister Akiko for quite some time.

Yoshimi Hamasaki (浜崎慶美) is a self professed country girl. The 22 year old hails from Kochi Prefecture on Shikoku island, where she keeps 2 mountain boars as pets and has taught them to “shake”.

Popular Japanese model and actress Yu Aoi (蒼井優) has been caught dating Junichi Okada (岡田准一), member of Japanese boy band V6. Photos of the couple walking intimately together are splashed across the pages inside Japanese weekly tabloid magazine FRIDAY (フライデー) which went on the stand today.

Yu and Junichi have been rumored to be romantically linked since they both starred in the TBS drama “Tiger & Dragon” (タイガー＆ドラゴン) back in ‘05. They reportedly became friends after working together and according to people close to them their relationship have turned intense within the last few months.

The well known Japanese tabloid that’s also responsible for breaking the news on other secret celebrity relationships shows the couple intimately holding the same umbrella after doing some grocery shopping. FRIDAY’s paparrazi then witnessed Johnny’s Entertainment idol enter the condo of the homey looking 23 year old….apparently spending the night together (trust me, although this is nothing to bat an eyelid about in Western countries, it’s enough for a scandal in Japanese society).

When contacted for a response, Junichi and V6’s management replied, “We leave all the private matters up to him so we shall refrain from commenting.” Yu’s handler Itoh Company Group provided a vague statement that says, “We have been told that they have become close since working together. Since she is already an adult we’ll leave her private affairs up to her.”
